It appears that ASU will be recruiting Texas more than previous years as AStateNation confirmed with one Lone Star prospect that he has received an ASU offer.

Huntsville, Texas offensive lineman Forrest Reedy plans on taking a trip to Jonesboro in the near future.

"I think I am going to one of their camps with a buddy of mine," Reedy told AStateNation.com. "I was glad to get an offer from them. I know a little bit about Coach Malzahn, hoping to learn a lot more."

Reedy, a 6-foot-4. 295-pound offensive lineman, currently has offers from Arkansas State, Tulsa, Rice and several FCS schools.

The friend and teammate that may travel to Jonesboro with Reedy sometime this summer is Huntsville safety and wide receiver Ricky Bennett.

Arkansas State's veteran offensive line coach J.B. Grimes is recruiting Reedy and Bennett for the Red Wolves.
