Minnesota Vikings free agent safety Tyrell Johnson signed with the Miami Dolphins. Johnson, 26, is a 6-foot, 207-pounder from Arkansas State. Johnson is a former second-round draft pick of the Vikings. In four seasons, all with the Vikings, Johnson started 27 games with 123 tackles and two interceptions.

Johnson started three games last season and had 28 tackles last season. Three years ago, he started 15 games and had a career-high 57 tackles with one interception.
